Who you'll work with
Technology organises the facts. Advocates give the legal advice.
KanoPA connects businesses with independent professionals. Technology, including AI, is used only to organise the information you provide. KanoPA does not assess your legal position, recommend legal strategy or give legal advice.
- Advocates only (or an Allied Professional where their own statute authorises it): legal advice, opinions, drafting of legal documents and notices, negotiation of legal rights, and any appearance before a court or tribunal.
- Legal Associates, only as support working under an Advocate's supervision: research, document organisation, chronologies, compliance tracking and coordination. A Legal Associate never advises the client directly.
- Allied Professionals: tax, audit, company secretarial and IP-office matters within their statutory scope.
Advice comes from Advocates
Independent Advocates are solely responsible for the legal advice they give and for any notices, filings or appearances.
Early attention matters
Reviewing contracts and addressing disputes early is generally advisable. Outcomes depend on the facts and cannot be guaranteed.
